Suzanne Grahame, Golden Charter Chief Executive Officer, has confirmed plans to more closely align sales and marketing functions to deliver the benefits of an increasingly cohesive view for funeral directors, through promoting Karen Trickett to the new role of Chief Commercial Officer.
Karen will continue to lead marketing but will also have overall responsibility for funeral director sales, intermediary sales and for plans offered directly to consumers. Malcolm Flanders will continue to lead the business managers working with funeral directors.
The revised structure has been implemented in response to consideration of the evolving role of the marketing function for funeral directors, and a commitment to ensuring Golden Charter delivers a cohesive, joined-up approach which places shareholders at the heart of the business.
