2026 AGM
Our 2026 Annual General Meeting will take place online on the afternoon of Wednesday 23 September 2026. We have chosen to hold our meeting online to enable more members to join and hear important updates from our Association, Golden Charter, and the Golden Charter Trust.

Executive Nominations
As part of the AGM, elections will be held for three vacancies on the SAIFCharter Executive Committee.
In accordance with section 9.3.2 of the Constitution, members wishing to stand for election must:
- 1) Have been a member of the Association for a minimum of two years and one day on the relevant nominations date; and
- 2) Be currently serving on one of the Association's working groups, or have otherwise demonstrated, in the opinion of the Executive Committee, active participation in and support for the Association.
We are excited to have two great candidates this year and you can read more about them here. Voting will open on Monday 7 September.
