The Funeral Planning Authority (FPA) introduced a revised set of Rules and Code of Practice on the 1st of January and we would urge all of our members to make sure they are complying with these.
The revised guidelines are a stepping stone on the path to regulation and by adhering to these our members are helping to ensure the best possible service is being provided to the families in their communities.
